As part of our Community Assessment, Cornerstone Community Action Agency identified a lack of safe and affordable housing. CCAA is addressing this need through the Cornerstone Community Development Program (CCD).

 

CCD is improving housing availability for moderate to low income families and individuals. We accomplish this by purchasing homes, remodeling them, and selling those homes at an affordable price.

In addition, by employing and training hard to hire workers, CCD will help to fill the skilled labor gap in the construction and repair industries. By providing wrap around services, we assist in the development of successful employees for building trades.
