Tri-County Community Action Agency comes to CTO

On December 15th and 16th, 2014, Tri-County Community Action Agency came to CTO to learn our best practices to improve outcomes. Their staff met with our Case Managers, Financial Director, and other staff, to learn our practices, processes and techniques. Their hope is that with this training they will be able to improve their outcomes and transfer more individuals out of poverty.
