Central Texas Opportunities, Inc. is now taking applications for our Tenet-Based Rental Assistance Program. This program will be available applicants living in Brown, Callahan, Coleman, Comanche, Eastland, McCulloch, and Runnels Counties.
The HOME Investment Partnerships Program is administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to provide affordable housing assistance and services to low-income families.
The Tenet-Based Rental Program (TBRA) offers rental assistance for up to 24-months per household, utility deposit assistance, and security deposit assistance. To qualify, eligible households must meet specific income guidelines, participate in a self-sufficiency program, occupy the assisted property as the primary residence and sign a lease. The funding for this program is very limited and competitive.
